Even though all races are canceled I am still following my training plan.

Guidelines say exercising outside alone is okay so my running group is canceled but I can still follow the plan myself.

I figure if I do catch the virus having my lungs as healthy as I can will help with recovery.

It gets me outside and helps with stress.

Sticking to a routine where possible is comforting.

I assume it could work as an early alert system. I figure that I would notice even a mild case when running.
