that was a notice posted to my neighborhood fb group, someone went on a rant and made threats....

so I imagine some folks had to take the short bus shuttle for seniors etc and tehn had to wait an hour or so for the pick up with nothing to show for it.
on the flip side there are a lot of comments about how rude and arrogant some of the people there are, kind of a NO soup for you thing going on.
