I was being facetious about the panel because I do not know the official name, whole details, etc.
I agree. There is a lot more that could have been done, earlier, better, etc.
However, from my limited knowledge of the disease, incubation period, symptoms, etc. it is my belief this would have gotten through.
As I am also sure something similar will happen again. The will, finance, expertise, etc. is just not there to be eternally vigilant.
