I think of myself as a smoker who doesn't smoke rather than a nonsmoker and that makes me feel like I can smoke again anytime.

I mean, I won't. but I could.
I don't miss smoking at all because I can smoke anytime I want. I'm still a smoker! I just don't smoke.
