The point being. There are plans. We are learning on the ground that there a lot of things we didn't know. that's how it goes.

Orangina doesn't have the foggiest clue.

He also doesn't have a flicker in his cranium about the Strategic National Stockpile. FYI, the SNS has been tapped. The shortage of PPE is going to be catastrophic.
