I got some data from the EU Health people whatever. I should have bookmarked the site. I see that the daily numbers float around 4.5%. This is a database that lists new cases and new deaths by country, daily, worldwide. The totals seem to match what we see elsewhere.
Are the numbers flawed, because tests are lagged? Sure. Are the real numbers different? I'm sure they are. I just don't get where the 1% comes from, and I don't want to engage with whoever is using them to find out.
