Yesterday I went to HQ for a short bit, about 3 pm, 395S, like 12 cop cars with lights and sirens, spread out in formation ahead of me. Broke out -- (edited)

two at a time, then blocked basically every exit that would lead to a tourist spot in DC. They formed barricades with cop cars and dump trucks. It was super creepy. Also blocked every exit to Arlington Cemetery.
And, you take Route 50. I remember now.
