I'm not aware of indoor rinks, at least in Manhattan. And most outdoor rinks are seasonal -- nm

(both venues host lots of concerts, etc in normal times, too, so the rinks go up and down) -- nm

They get covered up with floor. But the ice is only about 1/2" thick anyway. -- nm
