move in. When I was there last week, they were stealing oranges from another neighbors' tree and loading 2 big dogs in cages in the back of a truck. They have 4 others in their backyard that bark at you the minute you open the door. They were very interested in my friend's black German shepherd and not in a good way. When I was out front, he offered me a bag of orange shorts in plastic, he said there were 12 in each pack and he had a lot because his friend got an entire load that "fell off a truck".
