When I lived in Long Island City (hi KRUSTY) the building was a multifloor walkup, I was on 4, with a courtyard.

There was one morning I descending the 4 flights and entered the courtyard. I heard a screaming noise. I looked up. A random young Asian dude on the other side of the courtyard was leaning and screaming out the window. What he was screaming was, "HOW COLD IS IT TODAY?"
it took me a few seconds to get it, I screamed back, "ABOUT THE SAME AS YESTERDAY BUT A LITTLE BE COLDER!!!"
He screamed back "THANKS!"
