Is it the usage itself that is down, or the usage x cost? The latter could just mean the rate is lower. The former is mysterious and unknowable. - Beryllium Mar 28, 19:59 1
- kw per day is down, no upgrades (well new cell phone thatdoesn't require constant recharging) we never got such reductions when.... - zeitgeist Mar 28, 20:05
