Puzzle, our electric usage is down 30% from same period last year..how, why. Average temp is 3' higher, but our heat is gas. -- nm

Is it the usage itself that is down, or the usage x cost? The latter could just mean the rate is lower. The former is mysterious and unknowable.

kw per day is down, no upgrades (well new cell phone thatdoesn't require constant recharging) we never got such reductions when....
