well, if it were Friday, i would be driving to Belleville tonight to help my mom with gardening, and have a drink with an old grade school friend.

the neighbour who backs on to my mom's yard (with a low fence) is on a garden tour in a couple weeks, which means my mom's yard will be seen by garden-tourers. she's all panicked.
