At the start of the month, we were going to buy the tickets for this very soon. Not sure we're going to any games this year. -- (link)

My dad rarely asks for anything for Christmas, so I'm looking into something he once offhandedly mentioned he'd like to do.

Before he gets too old (he's 72). He once said he'd like to see a baseball game in both Baltimore and Washington on back to back dates, as they're reasonably close to each other. (We're in New York, so the drive isn't that excessive). And since we'd be in that area, there is absolutely something historical-realted in Washington that would be up his alley to kill some time during the day. But kinda like the Mets and Yankees, they're virtually never home at the same time, so I'm mostly finding a game Thursday and a game Friday every few weeks or so. And one of the games involves the Orioles playing the Yankees, so that's out. (He hates them and won't watch them on TV even if they're the only game on.) In looking at the schedules, I also noticed that his team (Boston) is playing Pittsburgh this year, and I'd love to see PNC Park, but it's over July 4th weekend, so that's probably a no go. I'll run it by him on Christmas and see if he's still interested in doing it.
