Limit the amount of non-essential/leisure activity we provoke and engage in is probably the most one can do

Do we REALLY, REALLY need those walks in the park to survive, to like live? does that person really need to be out there cleaning the park for us to use? policing it? no, close them.
construction workers--finally closed them.
and maybe make as many meals as possible at home. don't hoard, but buy enough that you don't expose a lot of people many times and/or the delivery people--this has the benefit of helping you too
BUt, yeah, this is not that easy on the micro level assuming you're limiting yourself to the prescribed activities
