I think I may be stress cooking a bit. I currently have a huge pot of Sunday gravy, a cauldron of French country-style chicken stew, a container -- (edited)

of broccoli rabe and sausage in a white-wine pan sauce and various and sundry deli items that I will turn into subs/bombers/heros/wedgies this afternoon for lunch. There has also been a request for brownies that I plan to fulfill after work. I feel like I have a modicum of control in the kitchen (as opposed to elswhere in life right now) and that's probably why I'm cooking so much.
