For the gated community? No. For the continued welfare of the workers? Absolutely.

They aren't going to come into contact with others, can stagger lawns if multiple people are on a crew (mowers, mow, then trimmers follow, instead of working the same lawn at the same time). So social distancing remains in place, they still get paid and can keep their families fed.
