I don't know if his son would continue running the restaurant or sell the building. t's all he's known and done so I'm thinking he will but my neighborhood has never been more popular and is in the middle of being built up/gentrified. He can get many millions for this building and the connecting ones he owns. It's on a corner, above a subway line with a bus line as well. We're a block from the Midtown tunnel also.

I'm sure they'll be able to get some nice loans to keep going, if they want. I really hope they do.
