Not rearranging the work flow is on Amazon's shoulders and that is bad. But "essential items only" will mean one thing, layoffs.

I imagine there possibly could be some sort of labor reckoning out of this, but with a lot of people looking for work that may not happen.
It will have to happen at the ballot box.
