If this litigation and appellate practice thing works out, I'm gonna do everything I can to get Heller overturned.

It's just the perfect example of how absurdly convoluted Scalia's reasoning could be when reaching for a result. For eff's sake, if you actually follow "originalism," then the original text should explicitly spell out that it is an individual right. Yet Scalia has to bounce around commas, legislative history, and then completely ignore the tie to military service to make an "originalist" argument.
Okay. I need to go for a walk to calm down. :-) :-)
