I was across the street at the newsstand picking up ciga...something. And suddenly I heard some woman scream 'wooooo!' like she was at a party

And then others joined in and there was cheering and clapping from all around.
It was 7pm. The nightly thank you to essential workers in NYC.
It might be a little dusty here.
