Every state is different. Here you start it online but then you have to call and speak with someone to finish the claim. That's where the issue -- (edited)

is for us. There are like a million people all trying to call the same number which is being manned by a few thousand workers. They'll never get to all the calls and the odds of getting through are minimal. I try calling all day. My job now is to call unemployment
