Was after I was laid off from Motorola and then found out about a week or two later that we were pregnant with our second. Was out of work for like 3 months. Frequented our food pantry, wife went on WIC (which actually ended up paying for a lot of the pregnancy costs because once you go on, you get benefits even after you start working), etc.
