This is probably one area where there is a lot of variation between states, when I've claimed its been prorated based on days worked, not hours. -- nm

that would suck. She is working from home so she spreads her 16 hours over the week. It's an easy fix for her, to just report it to her boss differe -- nm - Bacon Apr 2, 08:16 1
