I hate to say but, I'm delaying buying a house because I expect the market to drop (at least a little) at some point.

If I can save money on a house later, I'll wait. Plus I don't see interest rates jumping back up too quickly. Hopefully I'm right. But as it is, it's not like I can even go look at houses to find the one I want right now anyway.
