hhhmmm... anyone remember 1980s when it erupted? yeah, get ready for another big ash cloud to drift across the US and Canada.

relatedly, i bet it'll piss off the tree-hugging planet-freaks... just think of all that CO2 and what not that the Earth itself is going to spew into the atmosphere ... all those greenhouse gases... global warming, here we come !!!!!

oh, wait, that report said that such a super eruption might actually cause things to cool down a few degrees... what?!? stuff that can cause global warming might actually cause global cooling?

just goes to show that we humans aren't all that in control after all....
