I gave up after I was 2 for 11, I don’t know what the difference is between a sinker and slider or a split finger or four seam fastball. -- nm

Sinker and a split-finger fastball should act similarly. A slider should do what's in its name and slide across the zone. A four seam fastball should

I have an issue with the first one. The pitch moved right to left from a righty. It's a slider and the page says it's a sinker.
