I could do that! My great aunt Donna's famous lemon chiffon pie calls for a pastry crust, but I could switch it out.


She and my uncle Rich owned a regional chain of BBQ restaurants in Central Florida from 1949 (when they both returned from WWII) up to the mid-1970s.
