Wow, the price is up 50% from two weeks ago.

Recipe called for a tbsp of lemon juice so I just needed to put in a tsp of the powder (plus another half to make it extra lemony).

Turned out great even after not reading the recipe thoroughly. Was supposed to mix the first few ingredients and bake that as a crust then do the rest as a filling. Ended up mixing everything together but it worked!

This powder can be used in baking or mixed with water to make lemon juice or sprinkled into tea, etc.
