It was a fucking awful situation that lasted for months, because after the actual flu ended, I had postviral fatigue syndrome for two months and still had to go to work. I ended up being fired. I sued, they immediately settled, and then I was blackballed in the industry and had to take a demotion and pay cut to work again. My career was destroyed. No, I am not over it.
