will require some work. The first time that you face snipers, the Hall of Heroes, you can run a loop back to the earlier location.
By looting the machine there with Possession and killing the troops repeatedly, you'll pick up enough cash to buy everything in the game. IIRC, it takes about 30k. However, the process takes at least 10 hours. So, it may not be worth the aggravation to you. Play it through once and see if you like it well enough to put in the effort.
Beating it in 1999 mode is still difficult even with all the stuff. I also can give you advice on killing the three appearances of the mother if you struggle. There's an easy tactic that isn't well publicized.
