The WI elections tomorrow are the normal April municipal elections as well as the primaries.

That changes it for me as I said Saturday. Had they had mail in capability and gotten them out quickly that would be a different story but (like Missouri) there are no provisions for a mail in ballot.
A lot of municipal offices would have been left vacant because terms end shortly after the election. This isn't the time to have a vacuum even at the city level or any issues with lawsuits over officials acting un-constitutionally since they weren't elected into office.
They did move the muni elections here but I'm not sure how local offices are filled here vs Wisconsin.
