would you want that?

i'm not talking about trying to bring back extinct animals. I mean like, extracting DNA segments to enhance "cousins" to enhance modern gene pools …

for example … if you could extract some DNA from a 20 million year old alligator (or croc) to mix with modern crocodilian family members, would you?

or is this still just too Jurassic Park?
