If I could have your attention for a brief moment.

Class is not how you act when things are at their best, but how you act when things are at their worst.
I want all of you to take a moment to congratulate yourselves for your behavior so far during this crisis. People have responded with great humor and resolve rather than collapse into puddles. All of you are keeping calm and carrying on.
We should thank all of us who are doing extra to keep the spirits up on the board. You know it takes a lot for me to admit David is right about something, so you know I am serious.
I could talk at length about work, but what I will say is that what I have observed is not that people have changed character, but their character has been revealed.
Those customers that were trash before have just acted trashier. On the other hand (and what I focus on) is that the customers who were nice and appreciative for what I try to do for them before are even more so.
The largest single group of the good customers are the local members of the military. Their character has not been revealed by this crisis but earlier when they chose to sign up. It has just been amplified by this.
So back to you ST. Give yourself a hand and keep supporting each other. Good job so far.
