Have any of you tax guys gone through the SBA PPP loan process directly? Our CPA is telling us stuff that doesn't make sense to me.

Me: Paychex report shows FICA and State tax included in the calculation, your spreadsheet just has SUTA. Which one do we use?
CPA: Do not use FICA, they came out and said that was wrong.

Me: Official guidance I'm seeing only limits earnings at $100k but your calculation includes the employer's health insurance costs.
CPA: We've been capping total compensation at $100k.
