I've become a bit more cynical when I see pictures of "hey we brought all this [food/supplies/whatever] to the hospital!"

like, if you're going to be generous, be generous and thankful and appreciative. Taking a picture of your company giving that stuff, or handing over the check, or delivering the boxes, seems very disingenuous to me.
It's great, but...I don't know.
