Again, I'm confident that the numbers are 2-3 times as high as reported. Even so, single digits growth was always the goal.

Like I said last week, there's some deception with the numbers since 7% of 400,000 is still 28,000 new cases. However, this was breaking a LOT worse two weeks ago. Enough people are honoring the stay-at-home directives to slow the spread.
