The article doesn't make clear which he owns. I just find it amusing that cities let land get chopped up that small and sold off.

Determining who owns what has to be a nightmare.
"A owns the mineral rights. B owns the building. C-J own the individual apartments within. K-L own street parking rights. M owns the land where K-L park. N owns the air rights."
