I can understand the round the world cruises. My friends did one that took 108 days. And they have to be smaller vessels. Big ones have 2000-3000 each -- nm

As a journalist, I'm having a hard time tracking down what's real vs. what's rumored. Everyone involved with cruises is in Full-On Liar Mode. -- nm

At least 6,362 passengers are onboard the eight ships, several of which were scheduled as months-long, round-the-world voyages.

I guess it's unlikely to see any (small, private) ghost ships due to modern comms, but imagine how eerie that would be. -- nm
