Boston to Nashville to Austin to Phoenix to Las Vegas to Los Angeles

I saved all the Vegas advice from when I asked, so that should be set. Any must dos/sees/eats throughout my drive? Won't be spending much time, but figure I should try to get a good taste of the areas where I can!
