It never ceases to amaze/frustrate me that people are so oblivous to their surroundings and others while shopping.

This lady was taking up the whole aisle with her cart and body and I came up behind her trying to pass. No acknowledgment of my presence by her. I clear my throat. Nothing. "Excuse me." Nothing. Meanwhile another couple of people have come up behind me. Finally, "EXCUSE ME MA'AM" I get a withering look and she yanks her cart angrily into the shelf, as if somehow i'm in the wrong. So, me in passing, "this isn't your own personal aisle, you should make way for people that have a purpose in their life" Evil stare from her, laughter from the other people who can now finally move past her as well.

my favourite is sidewalks on busy streets, people who walk (always slowly) in a group that is the entire width of the sidewalk, or
