Does the square footage on a 4 level split include the top 3 levels?

I assume it doesn't include the bottom one, but I thought it might only include the top 2. Anyone know?

In the States, I believe it's all livable space. (Unfinised basements not counted, finished basements are.) -- nm

I believe square footage includes the number of square feet on the floor, so if there's a floor in the upper levels, sure ... -- nm
