TMI

I would have expected any hormonal temp changes to happen yesterday or the day before, if you get my drift. Today’s Day 2 so I doubt it’s related to woman stuff.

I have a chill I can’t get rid of, and my temp is usually in the 97s. So that one degree has me convinced. I wish I could drop my brain from jumping to worst case scenario, because now I’m truly a mess. Heart racing, mind going to awful places, nauseous.
