Caveat, not providing tax advice (ha), and minimal individual experience, but my guess would be "no." More inside.

The payment is based off of the most recently filed tax return. Stupid if you ask me, but likely the only way they could come up with to get payments moving quickly. So I think you'd be safe for the year.
We'll see in the end though.
