Right. But unnecessary risk is a bit in the eye of the beholder.

Admittedly, I'm a little too close to an employer side of some of that discussion here, but we are finding that some of the risks are being exaggerated from a medical point of view.

No, I just cited it as a bias identifier. I'm not suggesting that there aren't hot spots where there is more risk required. But again...
