Yesterday was a step back. We had 30,206 as opposed to 26,942 the previous day. April 15th was our worst day since April 10th.

A growth rate of 5% doesn't sound bad, but it's higher than I'd hoped after several better days.
People should self-isolate for at least another four weeks, probably six.
Responses:
I slightly disagree! lots of cases, but also lots of tests and a slightly lower than average hit rate! last couple days have been a slight improvement
