Live audiences certainly aren't, but even that isn't happening until there is a vaccine.

You'd have to have all officials, ambulance drivers, staff, etc. quarantined ALL THE TIME. As soon as one person get sick, they'd have to test everyone again, and possibly quarantine for 14 days.
It ain't happening.
