Sorry not to be clear.
I'm describing scads of Canadians who cross the border into US to take advantage of the USPS....
...rather than use CA post, or so it seems.

Canadians who order a lot of things online might have US PO Boxes because a lot of US shippers won't mail to Canada, *that* could be why
