I'm really not. If voter fraud actually did fall under the umbrella of treason, it would be legally that way.

It's clearly not. I doubt the point has ever even been truly raised in Congress, or at the state level. This is just you getting hotheaded over an issue that sparks an emotional reaction.
If you were truly right on this subject, laws would already be in place to consider those who do such acts treasonous. And yet...
