Maybe not. But I don't care. I try never to be intentionally rude, but I don't respond to rudeness

with kindness much anymore. Not after 14 years in retail.
Rude people that are responded to with kindness are essentially being told it's okay to be rude.
"Oh, no it's okay you're blocking the whole aisle and not responding to polite requests to move. Don't mind me, I'll patiently wait until you're ready to move."
Better to start with polite and move to "Get your fat ass out of the way, there are other people here needing to shop, too, you know."
