In my experience, you're generally not allowed to refuse an offer of employment comparable to your previous job and still be eligible to collect UI payments. Other states may differ, perhaps, and I'm not sure if any relief from that has been included in any of the bills passed so far.
OP is kind of being a dick about it though, and the question of whether employees are able to work safely (and would be able to refuse on those grounds) is another matter that isn't addressed.
